WEEKLY CONTINUOUS THREAD IMPLANTATION CLASS

In order to meet the needs of our colleagues, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital – Campus 3 coordinates with the Medical Human Resources Training Center according to social needs to enroll students in Thread Implantation classes:

1️⃣Subject to registration:

Doctors and physicians working in the field of Traditional Medicine.
General Practitioner, Family Doctor with a certificate of Traditional Medicine specialty orientation or a Practicing Certificate with the scope of Traditional Medicine activities.
2️⃣ Opening ceremony: At 7:30 a.m., Monday at the meeting room on the 2nd floor, Campus 3 – Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital. No. 221B Hoang Van Thu, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.

3️⃣Class time:

Class A: 06 weeks, every Monday to Friday. Morning: 07:30 – 11:15; Afternoon: 13:00 – 17:00.
Class B: 10 weeks every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Morning: 07:30 – 11:15; Afternoon: 13:00 – 17:00.
4️⃣Study location: Facility 3 – Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital. No. 221B Hoang Van Thu, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.

5️⃣Tuition: 10,000,000 VND/1 student (Ten million VND). *Tuition fee is 5,000,000 VND/1 student for Physicians – Doctors who are employees of Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital – Campus 3 or Resident Doctors of the Faculty of Traditional Medicine – University Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City.

6️⃣Registration documents:

• Registration form (According to the form of the Center for training medical human resources according to social needs).
• Copy of professional diploma (notarized).
• Resume (certified by the locality or agency not older than 06 months).
• 04 3×4 photos (photos taken no more than 06 months) with full name, date of birth clearly written on the back of the photo.

7️⃣Submit application:

• The class accepts regular students and organizes continuous learning. Notify the class schedule within 15 days from the date the student completes the application and tuition fees.

When students complete and meet the course completion requirements, they will be issued a certificate from the City University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Ho Chi Minh City issued code A as the highest code prescribed by the Ministry of Health (according to Decision No. 492/QD-BYT dated February 17, 2012, Decision on issuing continuous training certification codes for applications).
